Job Responsibilities

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Providing daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring residents’ health and reporting any changes to nursing staff
Administering medications as prescribed and ensuring proper documentation
Assisting residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises
Engaging residents in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life
Maintaining cleanliness and safety within the facility

Teamwork and communication with both staff and residents’ families will also play a vital role in your daily objectives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; relevant experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
