Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and engage them about our client’s products and services.

• Record detailed notes of each call in our CRM system to track customer interactions.
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assess their interest levels.
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets to contribute to team goals and drive performance.
• Collaborate with other team members and management to share insights and strategies for improvement.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-office setting.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Motivated by targets and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
