Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and engage them about our client’s products and services.
- Utilize our provided scripts while maintaining a conversational tone to build rapport with prospects.
- Record detailed notes of each call in our CRM system to track customer interactions.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assess their interest levels.
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets to contribute to team goals and drive performance.
- Collaborate with other team members and management to share insights and strategies for improvement.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-office setting.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Motivated by targets and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
