Role Overview

Your role will focus on interactive workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions aimed at preparing participants for successful remote job searches.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging educational materials, including presentations, guides, and video content.
• Conduct live workshops and webinars focusing on remote job searching, networking, and interview skills.
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to individuals seeking remote job opportunities.
• Stay abreast of trends in remote work, job market dynamics, and preferred skills by employers.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to improve existing content and implement feedback from past participants.
• Create and maintain a database of educational resources, including articles, e-books, and best practice guides.
• Engage with our community on social media and other forums to answer questions and provide insights.
• Assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness and gather participant feedback.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Career Development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in educational content creation, coaching, or training—preferably in the context of remote work.
• Strong understanding of the remote job market, including popular platforms and trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to connect with diverse individuals and empower them in their career aspirations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
