The Role

• Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive research and development initiatives
• Training and mentoring junior staff and students

Key Responsibilities

In addition to the primary tasks mentioned above, the role includes:

• Documenting experiments and results to maintain accurate records
• Participating in meetings to discuss progress and share findings
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in PCR technology and methodologies
• Contributing to grant applications and scientific publications

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related field; advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) are an advantage
• Proven experience in performing PCR and related techniques
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
