The Role
As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to PCR processes, including but not limited to:
- Performing PCR experiments with high precision and accuracy
- Developing and optimizing PCR protocols

- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive research and development initiatives
- Training and mentoring junior staff and students
Key Responsibilities
In addition to the primary tasks mentioned above, the role includes:
- Documenting experiments and results to maintain accurate records
- Participating in meetings to discuss progress and share findings
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in PCR technology and methodologies
- Contributing to grant applications and scientific publications
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related field; advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) are an advantage
- Proven experience in performing PCR and related techniques
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
