Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to email correspondence, prioritizing urgent messages and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including sending out invitations and reminders.
  • Prepare reports and presentations by gathering relevant information and formatting data as required.
  • Assist in managing and organizing documents, including digital files and folders.
  • Conduct online research to support team projects and initiatives.
  • Handle phone inquiries and customer communications with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient operation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in customer service will be an advantage.

Work Schedule
