Job Responsibilities

As a Creative Designer at Innovatech Solutions, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing visual concepts and designs for various projects, including marketing materials, web applications, and product interfaces.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing specialists, to ensure design consistency and effectiveness.
• Creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to convey design ideas and facilitate user testing.
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and technologies, and applying them effectively in projects.
• Conducting design reviews and feedback sessions and iterating designs based on constructive criticism.
• Establishing and promoting design best practices to enhance the overall quality of our work.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital design, preferably within the tech industry.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and Figma.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Experience with responsive design and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including web and mobile applications.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and engage stakeholders.
