Job Summary
As a member of our chat support team, you will engage with customers through our chat platform, providing prompt and effective support for their inquiries. You will serve as a direct link between Circle K and our customers, ensuring they have the information they need and help them resolve any issues related to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner via our chat support system.
- Offer clear and accurate information about our products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with transaction issues, including refunds and exchanges.
- Provide feedback on common issues, identifying opportunities for improvement in our services.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support is highly desirable.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple chats effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with computer systems and customer service software.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
