We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Facility Manager to lead our facility management team in ensuring effective operations and maintenance across our facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of facility staff, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance and repair schedules for all facility systems.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for facility operations, ensuring cost-management practices are followed.
- Work with contractors and service providers to maintain high-quality service delivery across our properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues and necessary repairs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and vendors to ensure compliance and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and practices to enhance environmental stewardship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility management or a related role, with at least 3 years in a senior management position.
- Proficient in facility management software, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in managing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems efficiently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Understanding of lease agreements and property management best practices.
