• Assisting with homework and educational projects, promoting learning through play.
• Providing a safe and nurturing environment while maintaining open communication with parents.
• Planning and scheduling fun outings and activities based on the children’s interests.
• Monitoring children’s behavior and addressing any conflicts with kindness and guidance.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in early childhood development is a plus.
• Previous babysitting, daycare, or teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with children and their families.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; access to a vehicle for school pick-ups and outings.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or a willingness to obtain these certifications).
• A genuine passion for nurturing and educating children.
