Current Opportunities

We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

1. Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Providing personal care and support to residents.
• Assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitoring residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
• Helping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Engaging residents in social activities to promote well-being and happiness.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a caring and compassionate nature.
• Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

2. Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, planning, and implementing care for residents.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervising and supporting Care Assistants in the delivery of care.
• Conducting health assessments and developing care plans.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of residents’ progress.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid nursing license (Registered Nurse).
• Strong clinical skills and experience in elderly care.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Compassion for elderly and vulnerable individuals.

3. Activities Coordinator

The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities for residents. Responsibilities include:

• Planning and facilitating recreational and social activities.
• Encouraging resident participation and promoting social interaction.
• Working with families and staff to create meaningful experiences.
• Evaluating activities and assessing resident feedback.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role or working with the elderly is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A creative mindset and an understanding of the needs of residents.
