Job Responsibilities

As a Bakery Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring various bakery machines, including mixers, ovens, and proofers.
• Setting machine controls according to the specifications for various products.
• Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhering to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborating with the production team to meet daily production goals.
• Accurately measuring ingredients and mixing dough or batter according to recipes.
• Maintaining production logs and completing necessary documentation.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of food safety regulations.
